People: Staffing 360 Solutions, CTG, Korn Ferry

Staffing 360 Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ: STAF) reported in a regulatory filing that Sharnika Viswakula has resigned from the company. Viswakula had served as corporate controller, principal financial officer and principal accounting officer. With her departure, Staffing 360 Solutions named Khalid Anwar as its principal financial officer and principal accounting officer. Anwar had been serving as senior VP of corporate finance at the company, which he joined in February. Anwar has more than 20 years of experience in finance leadership roles.

CTG (NASDAQ: CTG), a provider of IT services and staffing, appointed Raj Rajgopal to its board of directors. Rajgopal has more than 30 years of service implementing digital strategies and driving growth. He previously served as president of Virtusa Corp. He has also held leadership roles at Capgemini. CTG’s board will temporarily expand to seven directors with Rajgopal’s appointment until its 2021 annual meeting, at which time board member Dan Sullivan will step down. Sullivan is reaching the company’s mandatory retirement age.

Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) named Michael Morcos as vice chairman of its CEO and board practice in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Morcos joins Korn Ferry from an executive search firm where he led the Dubai office.
