The Caldwell Partners International Inc. (TSX: CWL), a Toronto-based executive search firm, announced director Dick Innes retired from its board of directors. Innes joined the board in 2009. Darcy Morris, founder and CEO of Ewing Morris & Co. Investment Partners, will join the board.
