Randstad Sourceright appointed Jean-Francois Vezina to executive VP and the first Canada-based executive on its leadership team. Vezina will oversee the company’s general operations in Canada and serve as a key member of the North American leadership team. Vezina most recently was Randstad Sourceright’s national VP – MSP, RPO and integrated talent solutions in Canada; he previously held leadership positions with Randstad Canada, a subsidiary of Randstad Holding.

Express Employment Professionals promoted Russ Lissuzzo to VP of legal from assistant general counsel, effective immediately. Lissuzzo had served as assistant general counsel since joining Express in 2013. Lissuzzo currently serves on the American Staffing Association’s legislative committee.

Professional employer organization Oasis Outsourcing announced Gerald Purgay joined the company as chief marketing officer. Purgay most recently was chief marketing officer, talent business and partner at Mercer. Purgay is based in the Oasis Outsourcing’s headquarters in West Palm Beach, Fla.

VDart Inc., an Atlanta-based digital staffing provider included on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of fastest-growing staffing firms, added Bruce Hay as VP of business development. Hay previously served as VP business development at AMN Healthcare Services Inc. (NYSE: AMN).

Interim HealthCare Inc. — a home care, hospice and health staffing franchise firm — named David Waltzer as CFO for Interim HealthCare Inc. and its parent company, Caring Brands International. Waltzer previously held financial executive roles at Pinnacle Dental Management, ClearChoice Dental Centers, Techforless.com, Navajo Manufacturing and Reliant Healthcare. Additionally, Sonya Hinds was promoted to chief administrative officer from senior VP of human resources, training and IT departments.

PrideStaff, a national staffing franchise, announced Tod Grice is the new owner of its Houston Northwest office in Texas, which provides staffing and employment services in a variety of professional and light industrial disciplines. Additionally, PrideStaff’s DFW Mid-Cities office in Hurst, Texas, is now owned by John Merrill.

International staffing agency ProClinical announced Richard Thomas, one of the group founders, and Managing Partner David Bowers will lead its new group brand: ProClinical Executive. The brand will target senior appointments exclusively within the life sciences sector, with its initial teams in London, New York, Singapore and Shanghai.

Kingsley Gate Partners, a global executive search firm, announced Lindsey Burton joined the company as a VP. She most recently was a consultant for Korn Ferry International (NYSE: KFY); she previously was a business intelligence manager and recruiter for the private equity practice at CTPartners. Burton will be based in Kingsley Gate Partners’ New York office.
