People: Randstad, Agile-1, Advanced Resources, Execu|Search, DRI and more

Randstad US announced Linda Perneau, COO of Randstad’s commercial staffing business, will oversee its new non-clinical healthcare staffing service. The new practice will provide administrative support in hospitals and large primary care systems with centralized back-office structures as well as revenue cycle management providers. Perneau is based out of Pittsburgh.

Agile-1, a Torrance, Calif.-based provider of VMS and MSP services, appointed Trevor Sunderland to the position of country manager for its operations in Hong Kong. Sunderland will oversee client relationships and provide strategic direction for the company’s day-to-day operations in the region, primarily focusing on increasing market penetration of Agile-1’s recruitment process outsourcing, payrolling services, and statement-of-work solutions. Sunderland previously held leadership positions at KPMG, Ernst & Young, MRI Worldwide Hong Kong Limited and ManpowerGroup Hong Kong.

Advanced Resources, a Chicago staffing agency, announced Steve Mogle joined its leadership team as managing director of the technology division for the New York office, which it recently opened to expand its footprint to the East Coast. Mogle started his career in the industry with Adecco Engineering and Technology and most recently was area VP, managing all offices in New York and New Jersey. Dave McKeon also joined the leadership team as HR consulting practice leader of the HR project resources practice, which will be part of the HR division. McKeon most recently was senior VP at Stericycle, responsible for all HR responsibilities for the company across the US and Canada. Prior to Stericycle, McKeon held HR leadership positions with companies including Hewitt Associates, Ameritech (AT&T), Mobil Chemical, and Frito-Lay.

The Execu|Search Group promoted three staff members in June. Kelly Mattice, now senior VP, health services, joined the firm in 2002 as an entry-level recruiter and most recently served as VP of health services. Jesse Siegal is now a VP within the temporary staffing division, overseeing the division’s office support, human resources, and creative and digital practice areas. Siegal joined Execu|Search Group in 2012 and most recently served as senior managing director of the temporary staffing division. Amanda Bleakney was promoted to VP, health services, from her role as senior managing director of health services. She joined The Execu|Search Group in 2006 and helped expand the temporary health services division throughout the Northeast and in Florida, where it opened two new offices in 2015.

Ohio-based executive search firm Direct Recruiters Inc. named Ryan Lange as a partner. He will also remain the practice leader for government and security. Lange shares his new duties with managing partners Sheldon Myeroff, David Peterson, Mike Silverstein and Robert Cohn.

Options Group, an executive search firm serving the financial services industry, appointed Debbie Freer as head of OGNext, a new career and advisory services company set to launch this fall within the larger organization of Options Group. Freer most recently was global chief transformation officer of UBS AG. Before that, she was US COO of RBC Capital Markets, and CEO of RBC Capital Markets LLC, the firm’s US broker-dealer.

RPO solutions and executive search provider Taylor Strategy Partners added Deborah Schnell as VP, managing director, to lead sales force expansion engagements. She most recently was executive VP, sales and marketing at multichannel communication platform MNG Direct. Previous experience includes president of sales and strategic planning at Healthy Advice Networks (now Patient Point) and executive VP, business development, at PDI Inc.

Executive search firm McDermott & Bull appointed Stu Leibach as principal consultant. Based in Playa Vista, Calif., he will lead the firm’s retail practice. Leibach co-founded Chicago-based eSpecialty Brands, which was sold to a public company. He then held executive positions in retail, marketing, merchandising, store design, and construction at Philadelphia-based Destination Maternity Corp.
