ProLink Staffing, a Cincinnati-based healthcare staffing provider, named Jennifer Heindel as VP of development and people experience. In addition, the company announced Michelle Tutko as VP of organizational development training and planning. Both will report to ProLink Staffing’s chief people officer.

CTG (NASDAQ: CTG) appointed Scott Clark as VP of sales, North America. He will also be a global extended executive leadership team member and report to Tom Niehaus, executive VP, North America. Clark has more than 25 years of sales experience within the technology industry and most recently was VP of sales at Ensono, a technology adviser and managed service provider, where he was responsible for the eastern region of North America; prior to Ensono, he was VP of sales for the managed services division at NTT Ltd.

Healthcare staffing provider Gifted Healthcare expanded its leadership team with new hire Michael Boes as senior VP of sales. Boes has more than 12 years of experience in the healthcare staffing sector and joins Gifted from a high-growth staffing technology organization where he led the acute care sales operations.

Integra Partners, which does business as Ag 1 Source and Career 1 Source, promoted Scott Wedel to chief operating officer for both Ag 1 Source and Career 1 Source. In addition, Mark Waschek was promoted to president of the Ag 1 Source brand, and Rhonda Caughlin Werner was promoted to director of people and culture at Integra Partners for both the Ag 1 Source and Career 1 Source brands.

Robert Half (NYSE: RHI) promoted Christine Rowe to district president, overseeing operations throughout Central New Jersey, Long Island and Pennsylvania. She will lead Robert Half’s finance and accounting, administrative, and contract and consulting practice groups throughout the region. Rowe began her career with Robert Half as a staffing manager in Woodbridge, N.J., and most recently served as senior regional director for professional talent solutions in Central New Jersey and Long Island.

Healthcare staffing company Triage Staffing hired Beth Thomas as its new VP of people and culture. Thomas will lead Omaha-based Triage’s culture while overseeing all aspects of human resources. Thomas has more than 15 years of HR experience.

Staffing firm Fidelis Cos. announced this week that Eden Smith has joined the firm as VP of operations. Smith spent the last 10 years with Adecco and held multiple titles including director of operations and managing director. She is a native of Dallas.

MorganFranklin Consulting, a management and technology advisory division of Vaco, promoted Anil Persad and Jared Benedict to managing directors. Persad leads MorganFranklin’s New York office and is a certified public accountant. Benedict co-leads MorganFranklin’s Texas market and is also a certified public accountant. In addition, Vaco announced this week that Sejal Chunchu and Rachelle Skov were promoted to managing partners in its Houston office. Leslie Cobb-Hector, who serves as executive partner, will continue to support Houston as well as Vaco’s Southern California offices.

Glider AI, a provider of artificial intelligence-based pre-employment assessments, hired Nimitt Sharma as VP of strategic solutions to assist with the overall product roadmap. With an 18-year progressive career in the talent services space, he most recently served as head of client acquisition and business development at Pyramid Consulting and is included in SIA’s 40 under 40 list of industry trailblazers.

SourceAmerica, a Virginia-based organization providing employment opportunities for people with disabilities via a nonprofit agency network, named Ricardo “Rick” Terrazas as VP, government affairs, effective May 17. He will report directly to President and CEO Richard Belden. Terrazas joined SourceAmerica in November 2021 as defense policy analyst and since February has served as interim vice president, government affairs.
