Vaco, a Brentwood, Tennessee-based staffing provider, named Farah Hottle as the organization’s new senior director of diversity and inclusion. Hottle formerly was the director of talent acquisition and joined the firm in 2006. In addition, Vaco promoted Lauren Becker to managing partner of its Connecticut office. Becker previously held several executive roles at Creative Financial Staffing.
