International specialist recruitment firm PageGroup plc appointed Michelle Healy to its board as an independent non-executive director, effective Oct. 10. Healy is currently the Group chief people and culture officer and a member of the executive group management of ISS A/S, a global provider of facility services, listed on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange. Michelle has previously held leadership roles with British American Tobacco plc and SABMiller plc.

Lucas Group, an Atlanta-based executive search firm, hired Managing Partner Jennifer Bowers to lead and expand the manufacturing branch in San Diego while also running a full recruiting desk. Bowers began her career as a recruiter in Southern California and later ran a startup with Adecco in San Diego. Lucas Group also promoted David Cho, an associate who joined the firm’s recruiting team in 2016, to managing partner to lead the legal practice team in its Washington office. Cho spent six years as a lawyer before transitioning to recruiting in 2015.

Human resources and executive search consulting firm Sageview Consulting hired Carin Maher as talent acquisition executive. She will have primary responsibility for managing talent searches specific to the Jewish community and other nonprofits. For 11 years, she worked as a talent acquisition executive at the Jewish Federations of North America. Prior to joining JFNA, Maher was the principal in a consulting practice focused on IT staffing and project management. She co-founded Alert Staffing, a national recruitment and staffing firm, where she served for eight years as VP of operations.

Lightwell announced Senior Sales Director Jeff Thompson will head its new Pittsburgh office. He has nearly 20 years of experience in Pittsburgh-based IT recruiting and staffing. Lightwell provides IT staffing and recruiting services to companies in North America and Western Europe.

Jobs2Careers hired Kelly Kudola to expand the company’s staffing vertical. Kudola, formerly of Kelly Services, will lead the vertical as director of staffing. She has spent the majority of her career within corporate operations at Kelly Services as partnership manager, responsible for all job board, resume database and strategic technology partnerships.
