Oxford Global Resources, a subsidiary of On Assignment Inc. (NASD: ASGN), added Donna Farrugia to lead its new practice for digital initiatives as senior VP, Oxford Digital. Farrugia had served as CEO of the Nelson Family of Companies and previously was executive director at The Creative Group, a marketing/creative staffing division of Robert Half International Inc. (NYSE: RHI). Oxford Digital will provide consultants skilled in digital strategies and technologies related to sales and marketing automation, CRM tools, digital asset and content management systems, customer experience and digital commerce.

Ohio-based executive search firm Direct Recruiters Inc. added Alexa Milkovich as a project manager for its healthcare IT practice. She works closely with Mike Silverstein, managing partner of healthcare IT and life sciences. Milkovich launched personal chauffeur service BeMyDD, which stands for Be My Designated Driver, and remains a co-owner of the company.

Software reseller and systems integration company Compasso appointed Doug Obermeyer as VP to run its Redstack staffing unit, an IT staff supplementation and perm placement firm focused exclusively on all Oracle-based technologies. Obermeyer has 25 years of experience in technology and the staffing industry.

Tower Legal Solutions, whose services include legal staffing, named Michael Blaes as managing director of its Minneapolis office. Blaes will also oversee Tower’s compliance solutions offerings for clients nationwide. Blaes most recently directed and oversaw Counsel On Call’s Minneapolis presence, where he managed compliance legal solutions for corporations and law firms.
