People: Opptly, PRO Unlimited, Supplemental Health Care, QPS, hrQ and more

Direct-sourcing provider Opptly named global data and analytics leader Salema Rice to its advisory board. Rice is the global managing director of applied intelligence at Accenture. She previously worked as chief digital, data and analytics officer for Geometric Results and as chief data officer at the Allegis Group.

Pro Unlimited, an integrated workforce management platform that includes an MSP and VMS, appointed Dr. Christina Dempsey to its board of directors. She has served as a chief nursing officer for 10 years, most recently as CNO emeritus at Press Ganey. Dempsey is currently an adjunct faculty member for the Missouri State University School of Nursing; a fellow in the American Academy of Nursing; the president-elect of the Missouri Organization of Nurse Leaders; a member of the Nightingale College Board of Managers; and co-chair of the ANA Nursing Administration Scope and Standards revision workgroup redefining nursing leadership.

Supplemental Health Care, one of the largest US healthcare staffing firms, announced Simon Curtis joined SHC as chief digital officer. He most recently was CIO Americas at The Adecco Group; prior to that, he was Adecco’s CIO for UK & Ireland.

QPS Employment Group, a Wisconsin-based staffing firm, added Lisa Cooney to its leadership group as executive VP of field operations. She backfills the position held by Laura Cole, who has been appointed to executive VP of strategic accounts. With more than 25 years of experience in the staffing industry, Cooney most recently was senior VP, sales excellence, at EmployBridge.

Terry Enlow has joined hrQ, a LandrumHR company, as VP and managing director to lead its Pacific Northwest expansion. Enlow was regional manager at Helzberg Diamonds for 15 years and also held management positions at Zales, Randstad and Wells Fargo before spending nearly nine years with Korn Ferry. He most recently was an HR firm’s area director for Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.

Nurse staffing platform Trusted Health hired Dr. Danielle Bowie as VP of clinical strategy. Bowie most recently was the system VP of nursing workforce development for Bon Secours Mercy Health; prior to joining BSMH, she project-managed an enterprise staffing and scheduling technology project at Legacy Health.

Online staffing platform Jobandtalent appointed Jon Kamaluddin as chairman of its board of directors. His extensive experience leading B2C and B2B tech startups includes as senior non-executive director at e-commerce platform Farfetch; CFO and international director at online fashion retailer ASOS; and as board chairman at the Swedish fintech company Klarna. Jobandtalent, based in Madrid, Spain, currently operates in nine countries in Europe, LATAM and the US. 

Executive search firm Daversa Partners added four new managing directors to its senior leadership team: Charlotte Clark, Valerie Jabbonsky, Joanna Sisto and Taylor Guthrie. The group is responsible for building the leadership teams for companies including Dropbox, Zuora, Calm, Nextdoor and Databricks, while partnering with venture capital firms including Andreessen Horowitz, Greylock, Benchmark Capital and Lightspeed.
