Beacon Hill Staffing Group, headquartered in Boston, announced Division Director Shawna Bestreich will lead a new Dallas office of Beacon Hill Associates, the company’s administrative staffing division. Bestreich previously was VP of market sales for a global staffing organization, overseeing multiple divisions and office locations across Texas

Professional employer organization Insperity Inc. (NYSE: NSP) promoted Andy Cullen to district manager of its new of the Oklahoma City office, responsible for sales efforts throughout the Oklahoma region. Cullen joined Insperity in 2017 as a business performance advisor; he previously was a partner for an executive development and growth strategy firm for businesses.

ScoutLogic, a background check firm founded last year, appointed a board of directors that includes co-founder David Garcia and co-founder Bill James, as well as Mike Duffey and John Freeland. Duffey is COO of Jouzge; he previously was executive VP and CFO of both First Advantage Corp. and Information Resources Inc. Freeland is a board member at WNS Global Services; he previously was president and CEO of IRI; president, worldwide operations at Salesforce; and managing partner, global CRM practice at Accenture.

Executive search firm Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) added Loreto Montoya as a senior client partner based in Santiago, Chile. She joins the firm from Microsoft, where she most recently was an enterprise sales lead. Mary Cianni also joined the firm as a senior client partner and global integrated solution leader on the advisory leadership team. She most recently led the global M&A practice for nine years at global consulting firm Willis Towers Watson. Cianni is based in the New York office.
