People: NALTO, Broadleaf Results, Kelly, ClearPath, Beacon Hill and more

The National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations announced five new board members at its annual convention last week in Orlando, Fla. The new board members are Cristina Muise, president, Medicus Healthcare Solutions; James Heil, regional VP, The Delta Companies; Gregory Prine, VP, Weatherby Healthcare; Jeff Schaal, managing partner, VeloSource; and Matt Young, COO, All Star Recruiting. In addition, Anne Anderson, executive VP, Medical Doctor Associates, was re-elected to the NALTO board.

Workforce ecosystem firm Broadleaf Results, an Aleron company, promoted James Stronach to the newly created role of VP of delivery and development. Stronach previously served as senior director of recruitment process outsourcing for Broadleaf.

Kelly Services (NASD: KELYA) elected Gerald Adolph, a retired senior partner with Booz & Co., to its board. The addition brings Kelly Services’ board to 10 members. During his 35 years at Booz Allen Hamilton/Booz & Co., Adolph specialized in growth strategy and M&A, in addition to leading the chemicals practice, the global consumer and health practice, and the global merger integration practice.

ClearPath Workforce Management, a human resources outsourcing firm with a focus on contingent labor, named Connie Wendt as VP of compliance and relations. Wendt has more than 20 years of business and consulting experience, including at KellyOCG.

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, headquartered in Boston, announced Division Manager Nick Billingham will lead its new Beacon Hill Financial office in Washington, DC, which joined Beacon Hill Associates, Beacon Hill Technologies, Beacon Hill Legal and Beacon Hill Government Services. Billingham previously was an assistant VP at a staffing agency, where he was part of its temporary finance and accounting practice in both the Boston and DC markets.

Sense, a talent engagement platform built for staffing firms, announced Jon Maly joined the company as VP, enterprise sales. Maly previously was with CareerBuilder for 11 years, most recently as director of its staffing and recruiting group.

Queen Associates Inc., a Charlotte, N.C.-based IT consulting and staffing firm, promoted Monica York to COO. York joined the company as director of recruiting and delivery and will continue to lead the delivery organization at Queen Associates, as well as oversee the operations functions of the company.

AtWork Group, a national staffing franchise, announced business partners Josh Bullock and James Dorroh opened a new office in the greater Birmingham, Ala., area. It will provide staffing in the hospitality, light industrial, clerical and information technology industries for communities in the greater Birmingham area and Jefferson County.

Nonprofit Talent, an executive search and consulting firm for the nonprofit and public sectors in the Pittsburgh region, added James McDonald as executive advisor. McDonald is the retired managing director for global philanthropy and employee programs at BNY Mellon. He also served as a director of BNY Mellon Foundation and president of the BNY Mellon Foundation of Southwestern Pennsylvania.
