Motion Recruitment Partners LLC hired Brad Page as CFO. Motion Recruitment is the parent company of IT staffing firm Motion Recruitment and RPO and MSP firm Sevenstep. Page comes to the company after serving 22 years at Randstad USA, most recently as senior VP of finance.

Uber Technologies Inc.’s (NYSE: UBER) chief product officer, Manik Gupta, is stepping down effective Dec. 13, TechCrunch reported. Gupta had joined Uber from Google in 2015.

MDstaffers, a Sacramento, California-based physician staffing firm, appointed Ryan Larkin as COO, effective Nov. 20; he had served as MDstaffers’ VP of client services and chief information officer. Tyler Covey will continue as CEO and remain involved in supporting the firm’s strategic growth, innovation, and culture initiatives.

The Service Companies Inc., a provider of managed services and staffing to the hospitality industry, appointed Patrick Kidd as COO. He most recently spent three years at CBRE as senior managing director – global change management and client transitions and global alliance director – manufacturing client.

Staffing provider Cordia named Russell Waldman as business development director. Waldman brings more than 25 years of experience.

ZRG Partners, an executive search firm headquartered in Rochelle Park, New Jersey, added Michael Castine to its financial services practice. Castine previously served as the co-head of Spencer Stuart’s global financial services practice and chairman of Korn Ferry’s (NYSE: KFY) global asset and wealth management practice.

Jobot — a career platform that combines experienced recruiters and AI technology to match jobs to job seekers — tapped Recruiting Manager Ryan Sullivan to head the development and the hiring for its new location outside of Boston in Quincy, Mass., which opened Nov. 18. Sullivan has more than 10 years of experience in the permanent placement field. Heidi Golledge launched Jobot last year; she is included in the 2019 Global Power 150 — Women in Staffing List.

Executive search firm Slayton Search Partners announced Stuart Smith joined the company as senior VP and principal; he will be a key member of the financial services practice.
