Valerie Smith, former Pearland, Texas, branch manager, is now training director for the entire company, working out of the corporate office in Pasadena. Clear Lake, Texas, Branch Manager Michelle Martinez was promoted to regional manager and will oversee the Austin, Clear Lake, and Pearland offices. Deer Park, Texas, Branch Manager Tamara Stucky was promoted to regional manager, overseeing the operations for Deer Park, The Woodlands, and Pasadena’s temporary division. Ashley Wright will transition from Pasadena branch manager to sales manager. She will work out of the corporate office in Pasadena and work closely with Vice President Linda Fields and President Melinda Torrison.

Faststream, a staffing firm targeting the oil and gas, maritime and offshore sectors, named Josh Hecht business manager for the company’s marine, oil and gas, and offshore divisions in The Americas, Mexico, Canada and the Caribbean. Hecht joined Faststream in 2010 and most recently served as manager of the marine division in Fort Lauderdale. Elida Calero is now manager for the company’s maritime division in the Americas covering marine, commercial and technical shipping teams. Calero joined Faststream in 2010 and most recently served as manager for U.S. Shipping operations.

Career Partners International, which provides career transition services and talent management solutions, announced Nancy Winship joined Waldron as the new vice president of organization and leadership development. Winship previously established her own independent consulting practice.
