TalentRISE, a Chicago-based management consulting company focused on recruitment, announced Kathleen Murphy joined as managing director, healthcare and life sciences. Since 2010, Murphy was director of executive recruiting at Huron Consulting Group, a business consulting firm for the healthcare, life sciences, higher education and other commercial markets.

Qualivis, a provider of healthcare staffing headquartered in Columbia, SC, named Joe Dunmire of executive director of business development. Prior to joining Qualivis, Dunmire was employed by a healthcare recruitment marketing firm and two healthcare contingent workforce providers in the US.

LexInsight, an on-demand staffing platform for eDiscovery professionals, appointed Eileen Hennessey as head of customer success to spearhead the company’s client and contractor engagement strategy. Hennessey is based at LexInsight’s headquarters in San Jose, Calif.

Toft Group Executive Search, a global life sciences and healthcare executive recruiting firm, appointed Ronald Giannotti as COO. Giannotti previously was president and chief executive officer of Trinity Orthopedics.

Alta Associates, an executive search firm specializing in information security, cybersecurity and IT risk management, hired Pam Stenson for the newly created role of chief resiliency officer. 

Textkernel appointed Maciej Hoch as CTO and Guus Meijer as COO. Hoch, formerly of Lightspeed, will lead Textkernel’s technology and innovation; Meijer, formerly of Connexys, will help scale up the company’s professional services and support divisions. Textkernel is an Amsterdam-based software company providing semantic recruitment technology to the human resources market.
