LandrumHR, a Pensacola, Fla.-based PEO and staffing provider, hired Deborah Brousseau as director of marketing. Brousseau has experience leading marketing departments for professional services companies, most recently in the legal recruiting industry. The firm also appointed Jeffrey Jones as sales development representative for the Sarasota, Fla., location of LandrumHR; Jones' previous jobs include business development manager, inside sales manager, and inside sales representative. In addition, LandrumHR hired Todd Stephenson as a business consultant to serve North Carolina and South Carolina locations; his past roles include senior benefits consultant for Assurance Benefits Group, VP of Employee Benefits for Hub International Ltd., and VP of Employee Benefits at First Southeast Insurance Services.

Executive search firm Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) announced Stephen Matson joined the firm as senior client partner, global account leader, technology. Matson most recently served as senior VP, global business development, at Aon; prior to that, he was a senior partner with Hewitt Associates. Matson will be based in the Korn Ferry’s Reston, Va., office.

IDR Inc., an IT staffing firm headquartered in Atlanta, promoted Ashley Holahan to COO from senior financial manager. In addition to overseeing daily and large-scale operations, she holds a seat on the IDR board of directors and represents IDR’s internal team and consultants. Holahan joined the company in 2009.

PrideStaff, a national staffing franchise, announced Della Taylor will open an office in Asheville, NC. Additionally, Lennie Smith and Carmen White will open a DC Eastern Suburbs office in Lanham, Md. Both locations will open Nov. 27.
