People: Korn Ferry, ZRG, PrideStaff, hrQ and more

Executive search firm Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) announced leadership moves within its global financial services practice. Eric Pikus, who previously served as the firm’s sector leader for asset management as well as consumer and commercial banking in the New York office, will now serve as Head of North America, Global Financial Market for Korn Ferry. Pascal Smith, based in Korn Ferry’s London office, will now serve as the firm’s global sector leader, asset management (alternative and traditional). Smith will continue to focus on Korn Ferry’s hedge fund and alternative Investments client base. Keith Feldman, based in Korn Ferry’s San Francisco office, will now serve as the firm’s global sector leader, consumer and commercial banking. Feldman has 15 years of experience advising financial services firms and is also an active member of Korn Ferry’s marketing, digital, and FinTech Centers-of-Excellence.

Executive search firm ZRG Partners Inc. added Doug Hanslip as a managing director in the financial services practice. Hanslip most recently was head of the financial services practice at Allegis Partners. Prior to this, he was a managing director with Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) and with CT Partners in similar financial services sector capacities. Hanslip will be dually based in the firm’s Chicago and New York offices.

PrideStaff, a national staffing franchise, announced Glenn O'Brien opened a Chicagoland Central Western Suburbs office on Sept. 12.

Executive search and professional services firm hrQ, which targets the human resources profession, announced Carrie Magee will lead the firm’s expansion to Atlanta as VP, managing director. She most recently held a line executive role with Citi where she led end-to-end customer experience across all functions of Citi retail services. Magee previously held human resources leadership positions with Citi, Johns Manville and General Mills. Additionally, Kelly Morello is leading hrQ's launch in the Philadelphia market as VP, managing director. Morello has held HR leadership positions with several pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies and most recently was the head of HR for the strategic solutions division of PRA Health Sciences.

HIRABL, a big data provider to the staffing industry, announced Gautam Kher joined the company as VP, growth, based in San Francisco. Gautam previously worked as a growth executive for analytics company GoodData.

Revature, an IT training and staffing firm based in Reston, Va., appointed Joe Vacca as chief marketing officer. Formerly the chief marketing officer at Identity Guard, Vacca has also held executive positions with Intersections and EduCap.

Conroy Ross Partners, a retained search and consulting firm in Canada, and Optimum Talent, a Canadian integrated talent management company, named Peter Zukow as office managing partner in the Conroy Ross Partners Toronto office. Zukow has more than 20 years of executive search experience across industries including consumer goods, retail, industrial/MRO, pharma/biotech, insurance, and financial services. In 2014, Conroy Ross Partners and Optimum Talent Executive Search agreed to integrate Optimum’s executive search division into the Conroy Ross brand. Optimum also provides a suite of human resources and executive consultant services, which continues to operate under the Optimum brand.

Cordia Resources, a Washington DC finance and accounting recruiting and staffing firm, promoted Ryan Delaney to partner to lead the Tysons Corner office. Delaney has more than 11 years in the industry and was one of Cordia Resources' first employees. Michael McCoy was also promoted to partner to lead the newly-established Washington DC office. He is a former CFO and brings more than 25 years of experience to the role.
