Journey Healthcare Solutions, a travel healthcare staffing firm, promoted Wendi Dusseault to president, adding to her existing role as chief administrative officer. Dusseault has more than three decades of experience in healthcare staffing, including serving as executive VP of Cross Country Healthcare’s travel nursing division and serving as past president of the National Association of Healthcare Travel Organizations. She joined Coral Springs, Florida-based Journey Healthcare Solutions in June 2021.

Robert Half International Inc. (NYSE: RHI) promoted Mark Jamati to senior VP of tax. Jamati began with Robert Half in 2004 and has played a role in the company’s global tax planning and reporting infrastructure. In addition, Robert Half promoted Micah Reinhold to senior VP of finance. Reinhold has been with the firm since 2015 and most recently was VP of finance.

Field Nation, a talent platform for on-site IT technicians, named Jeff Novotny as director of network development. Novotny has more than 20 years of experience. He most recently served at CompuCom where his roles included VP of customer field services – North America.

The PrideStaff Cos. named Ashli Fernandez as VP. Fernandez has more than 20 years of experience in the staffing industry and joined the company in 20112 as VP-field consultant.

TalentRise announced that Pete Petrella was promoted to practice leader, executive search. Petrella previously served as managing director of TalentRise’s executive search practice. Presently, he also serves as managing director of Viaduct, a part of TalentRise focused on talent acquisition for startup companies.

Healthcare staffing firm ATC Healthcare reported that Aimee Greco is the owner of its new offices in Norfolk and Richmond, Virginia.

Ben Hirsch, president of Connect Financial Consulting, is leading the finance/accounting and IT recruitment firm’s new financial consulting practice.

Harver, a provider of candidate assessments and virtual interviews, appointed Amanda Bohne as chief marketing officer and Steve Martin as chief technology officer. Bohne has more than a decade of experience in technology marketing, having worked in companies such as Carbonite, Care.com and AppNeta. She most recently was chief marketing officer at AppNeta. Martin has more than 25 years of experience and most recently was chief technology officer for Monotype.
