Dusseault has more than three decades of experience in healthcare staffing, including serving as executive VP of Cross Country Healthcare’s travel nursing division and serving as past president of the National Association of Healthcare Travel Organizations. She joined Coral Springs, Florida-based Journey Healthcare Solutions in June 2021.

Robert Half International Inc. (NYSE: RHI) promoted Mark Jamati to senior VP of tax. Jamati began with Robert Half in 2004 and has played a role in the company’s global tax planning and reporting infrastructure. In addition, Robert Half promoted Micah Reinhold to senior VP of finance. Reinhold has been with the firm since 2015 and most recently was VP of finance.

Field Nation, a talent platform for on-site IT technicians, named Jeff Novotny as director of network development. Novotny has more than 20 years of experience. He most recently served at CompuCom where his roles included VP of customer field services – North America.

TalentRise announced that Pete Petrella was promoted to practice leader, executive search. Petrella previously served as managing director of TalentRise’s executive search practice.
