Scout Exchange, a platform to connect companies with search firms, appointed Amanda Walrath as managing director of program delivery. Walrath has more than 15 years of experience in the talent acquisition industry, most recently as divisional VP of client services for ShiftWise, a vendor management system provider for the healthcare industry.

Kingsley Gate Partners, a global executive search firm, announced Mike Bergen joined the company as a senior partner and leader of its global human resources practice.
