People: Jackson Healthcare, Scout Exchange, Kincannon & Reed, Kingsley Gate

Jackson Healthcare, one of the largest US healthcare staffing providers, hired Matthew Harrison as VP of human resources. Prior to joining Jackson Healthcare, Harrison held leadership roles at Manheim, McKesson, The Weather Com. and Comcast.

Scout Exchange, a platform to connect companies with search firms, appointed Amanda Walrath as managing director of program delivery. Walrath has more than 15 years of experience in the talent acquisition industry, most recently as divisional VP of client services for ShiftWise, a vendor management system provider for the healthcare industry.

Kincannon & Reed — a search firm specializing in the food, agribusiness and life sciences sectors — added five managing partners, expanding its partner group to 12 individuals: Jim Gerardot, global practice lead for animal inputs, based in St. Louis, Mo.; Heiri Gugger, practice lead for crop inputs, based in Research Triangle Park, NC; Roger Peeters, focused on senior-level placements for crop input, crop production, and R&D leadership, based in Weert, The Netherlands; Janet Wightman, practice lead for fertilizer and focused on recruitment of finance and C-suite positions, based in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada; and Ed Yuhas, practice lead for dairy and pet care sectors, based in Columbus, Ohio.

Kingsley Gate Partners, a global executive search firm, announced Mike Bergen joined the company as a senior partner and leader of its global human resources practice. He most recently led the US business for Allegis Partners and was the global practice leader for its human resources practice, as well as a member of the CEO and board practice.
