Locum tenens staffing provider Jackson & Coker named Anne Anderson as executive VP. Anderson was formerly executive VP at MDA, which was acquired by Cross Country Healthcare, where she served for more than 30 years. She had also served on the board of the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations, including as president for two years.

AMS, a provider of a range of talent services including RPO, search and advisory services, hired Jonathan Kestenbaum for its innovation leadership team as managing director of technology strategy and partnerships. Kestenbaum is the co-founder of research and advisory firm Talent Tech Labs. The AMS Innovation business is led by Global Managing Director of Innovation Jo-Ann Feely. AMS was formerly known as Alexander Mann Solutions.

SThree plc, a London-based STEM recruitment firm with operations in the US, appointed Carol McNerney as chief marketing officer. McNerney has more than 20 years of experience and previously was chief marketing officer of Information Builders Inc., a data and analytics software company.

Year Up Professional Resources, or Yupro, a national firm focused on entry-level and middle-skill opportunity talent placement, announced a reorganization to support their growth strategy with parent company, Year Up Inc., with the promotion of Katie Breault to senior VP, growth and impact. Breault appeared on SIA’s 40 under 40 list this year. She will lead Yupro’s workforce solutions, including the apprenticeship program, and lead the business development team. In addition, Yupro announced Wendy Nenoff will lead its core contractor services, including MSP solutions, as senior VP, client services. Nenoff has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, including six years at Yupro.

Park Hudson, a New York-based recruitment firm, announced Michael Dimitrov as its CFO. Dimitrov has 25 years of experience and will be based in Boston. In addition, Park Hudson named Erik DiGiacomo as president, professional services. DiGiacomo has 25 years of experience and has a background in consulting, fintech, and accounting and finance.

CTG (NASDAQ: CTG), a provider of IT services and solutions in the US and Europe, announced James “Jay” Helvey III was elected chair of the board. Helvey succeeds Daniel Sullivan, who retired Sept. 16. Helvey has served on the board since 2015 including as chair of the audit committee.

HireQuest Inc. (NASDAQ: HQI), a national staffing franchisor, hired C.J. Williams as VP of VetsQuest, an initiative to provide employment and franchise opportunities to veterans. Williams is a retired US Marine Corps colonel. His experience includes more than 30 years in the Marine Corps, most recently serving as chief of staff for the Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island and Eastern Recruiting Region.

Jake Knowlton-Parry is global head of Larson Maddox, a newly launched division of Phaidon International focused on recruitment in the regulatory and legal market.

Brian Capper is the owner of Express Employment Professionals’ first office in New Zealand. Capper’s office is located in Rosedale, Auckland. Express Employment Professionals, based in Oklahoma City, began expanding its international business earlier this year with a location in Sydney, Australia.
