Ingenovis Health Inc. named Kelly Duggan as senior VP of integrations and continuous improvement. Duggan has 20 years of experience in the healthcare workforce solution industry and spent more than 14 years at AMN Healthcare Services Inc. in several leadership roles and served in executive roles with RightSourcing. Ingenovis Health’s brands include Fastaff Travel Nursing, U.S. Nursing Corp., CardioSolution, HealthCare Support, Vista Staffing Solutions and trustaff.

CPC Logistics, a truck driver staffing firm headquartered in Chesterfield, Missouri, hired Adam Putzer as its new director of sales for its permanent transportation logistics services division. Putzer comes to CPC from Universal Logistics Holdings Inc. where he served as business development manager.

MarketerHire, a platform that connects marketing experts with brands and agencies, appointed Jason Chitwood as general manager of MarketerHire for advertising agencies.

Talent.com named Chris Arsenault and Lindsey Argalas to its board. Arsenault has more than 25 years of experience and co-founded venture capital firm Inovia Capital in 2007. Argalas has more than 20 years of experience and has served as CEO and general manager of several firms. Until recently, she was chair of Mouro Capital, a fintech venture capital fund.

Staffing firm Vaco named Adam Rudman as managing director of direct hire for accounting and finance. Rudman joined Vaco in 2017 and will be responsible for expanding the company’s team in the Los Angeles market. Vaco also promoted Joe Laugherty and JT Turba to managing partners at its Cincinnati office. Laugherty helped launch the staffing firm’s Cincinnati office in 2014 and has more than 15 years of experience. Turba has more than 15 years of leadership experience; he joined Vaco in 2015 as senior director of client services and was named partner in 2019. In addition, Liliane Mylott has been promoted to regional technology practice leader and will work with the leadership team at the Cincinnati office. In addition, Brian Henn will serve as VP of delivery for the Cincinnati office.

Encore Funding, a provider of funding to the staffing and transportation industries, named several new hires: Robinn Mikalic, VP of business development; Darlene Barzilay, VP of businesses development; Ed Burr, director of client strategy and growth; Lisa Huff, director of finance; Kim Castagnola, client service manager; and Micki Reisman, sales development associate.

Accurate Background appointed Rashid Ismail to chief operation officer. Ismail has more than 20 years of experience and previously served as chief information officer and head of customer success at Spireon, a manufacturer of vehicle intelligence systems.

Raphael Torres has been named managing director of staffing for eCapital Corp., an alternative finance provider in North America and the UK. Torres previously served as head of staffing services for Wells Fargo Capital Finance.

Paul Matthews is the owner/strategic partner of PrideStaff’s newly opened Brooklyn-Queens office in New York City. It’s the company’s first office to open in the five boroughs market.

Nextaff’s new location in Salt Lake City is owned by Jim Bohn, the company announced. The new office will focus on healthcare staffing.
