Icon Consultants, a Houston-based staffing firm, named Tiffany Bulowski as chief revenue officer. Bulowski will work with founder and CEO Pamela O’Rourke. Bulowski has more than 25 years of experience and previously served as VP of solutions and sales at LevelUp. Prior to that, she was executive sales leader for Geometric Results Inc. and spent eight years as VP of sales at Kforce Inc.

CoWorx Staffing Services, a Morristown, New Jersey-based staffing provider, named Amanda Platia as head of human resources. Platia previously served as human resources national director for accounting firm CohnReznick LLP.

Populus Group promoted Mario Lambert to VP of sales effective May 30. Lambert will be responsible for sales efforts nationwide.

Talent named Georgia Kelaher as global chief people officer effective immediately and Megan Woodbury as global CFO effective July 1. They will work closely with Global CEO Mark Nielsen. Kelaher comes to Talent from Nearmap. Woodbury joins Talent from Adcorp Holdings. Talent also announced that Yaron Segal, global CFO, will become global chief commercial officer on July 1.

GoGlobal, a provider of global employer-of-record services, appointed Melissa Oliva as director of account management. It also named Jessica Valenzuela as associate director of legal and corporate governance. Prior to GoGlobal, Oliva was senior VP of client solutions at iWorkGlobal (acquired by Velocity Global). Valenzuela comes to GoGlobal from Lera Investment Technologies, where she was legal counsel.

Executive search firm WittKieffer named Susan Oliver and Luigi Frezza as managing directors in its life sciences practice. Oliver has more than 25 years of experience while Frezza has more than 15 years of experience. In addition, WittKieffer named Hannah Scarisbrick as senior consultant in its life sciences practice.

Signature Consultants announced that Alex Ruegg and Jesse Putnam are leading the company’s new office in Nashville, Tennessee. Ruegg is VP of strategy and development. Putnam is regional director.

AtWork announced that Frank McMillan is the market manager for its new office in Harrisonburg, Virginia.

Spherion Staffing and Recruiting announced that the Rev. Ade Oyeyemi is the owner of its new office in Long Beach, California. Oyeyemi has been a pastor for more than 20 years and has also opened two churches.

Adaptive Medical Partners, a physician recruiting firm based in Irving, Texas, announced Steve Korinek and Robert Pondrum are leading its new AMP Executive Search division focused on healthcare.

Spencer Stuart, an executive search firm, appointed Miranda Pode as co-leader of its advisory services globally. Pode is an executive coach and adviser to board; she is based in London. She is joining Robert DeVries, who assumed co-leadership responsibility in January.
