Executive search provider Heidrick & Struggles (NASD: HSII) named Tim Alexander Lüdke as global managing partner of its newly launched Disruptive Innovators Team to work with developing organizations on strategies for filling talent gaps, advising on transformation and accelerating growth. Lüdke had been European regional managing partner for the firm’s global technology and services practice.

Executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates named Patrick Johnson and Matthias Oberholzer as regional co-heads for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In addition, the company announced James Roome will lead its UK office. Johnson is based in London and a member of the firm’s board practice and global nonprofit practice. Oberholzer also leads the firm’s Swiss office and is co-head of the firm’s insurance practice. Roome is based in London and serves on the firm’s global executive committee.

India-based staffing firm Quess Corp Ltd. (QUESS: NSI) appointed Pinaki Kar as president, technology solutions. Pinaki will oversee IT services business, IT staffing business, customer life cycle management and business process management in all geographies. He will be responsible for the technology solutions vertical with presence in India, US, Canada and Singapore. Kar comes to Quess Corp from Zensar Technologies, where he served as president and chief executive of infrastructure management and cloud solutions.
