Executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (NASD: HSII) named David Boehmer as global managing partner of its financial services practice. He previously led the financial service practice for the Americas. Boehmer will work out of the firm’s London office.

The Judge Group, a Philadelphia-based staffing provider, named Dan Laury as director of its Houston office. Laury has more than 16 years of experience within the staffing industry.

Calian Technologies Ltd. (TSX: CTY) appointed Jo-Anne Poirier to its board of directors effective April 1. Poirier is currently president and CEO of The Victorian Order of Nurses Canada since 2014.

T. Stephen Johnson resigned from the board of DLH Holdings Corp. (NASD: DLHC) effective Feb. 25, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. DLH is an Atlanta-based provider of healthcare and logistics staffing and solutions to the federal government.

Executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates announced Mercedes LeGrand joined the firm as a member of its technology and industrial practices with a focus on defense-related technology companies. She most recently was a managing partner at consultancy Watermark Strategic Advisors. LeGrand will be based in Washington.

Bialla Partners Inc. announced Jeff Hodge and Diletta D’Onofrio joined the firm as partners.
