Hays Talent Solutions appointed Kimball Norup as the new senior VP, head of growth, for Hays Talent Solutions Americas, the outsourced resourcing division of the specialist recruitment agency. He will work with the firm’s leadership to build the strategic plan for the expansion of Hays Talent Solutions in the Americas region. Norup most recently was senior VP marketing for TalentWave, preceded by roles as general manager of the West for MBO Partners, chief marketing officer for M Squared Consulting, and senior VP and general manager for Collabrus. Prior to that, Norup was senior VP of marketing for the Nelson Family of Companies.

PEO TriNet Group Inc. (NYSE: TNET) announced Barrett Boston joined the professional employer organization as senior VP, chief revenue officer. Boston most recently served as executive VP at TravelClick, a cloud software solutions provider for the hospitality industry; earlier at TravelClick, he was the president of the Americas. Prior to TravelClick, Boston spent 12 years at IBM in various leadership positions.

PrincetonOne, a Skillman, NJ-based staffing provider, promoted Wayne Coonan to director of market development, business services, of its retained executive search division. He will act as PrincetonOne’s newest national director leading the business services practice. Coonan joined the firm in 1997.  

Engineering consulting and staffing provider Belcan LLC announced Spencer Rogers joined the firm as VP of operations for its Belcan Government Services segment. Rogers previously served for 28 years with the United States Air Force, most recently as the region superintendent with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations units in Air Combat Command and Air Force Material Command.

PrideStaff, a national staffing franchise, announced Ann and Dave Gilbert opened an office in Gilbert, Ariz., that provides a range of staffing and employment services in a variety of professional and light industrial disciplines. The Gilbert location is the Gilberts’ second office in the East Valley market.

Vaco Los Angeles, a project consulting and executive search for finance, accounting and technology positions, promoted Adam Rudman to recruiting director for Vaco Financial. The Vaco Financial business practice provides executive search services for finance and accounting positions.

Hire an Esquire, a legal staffing technology company, announced that Amy Hrehovcik joined the firm as director of sales and will lead the New York office. Most recently, Hrehovcik founded Ailey Advisors, a consulting firm serving law firms; she was previously chief of customer value at Viewabill, a legal technology company acquired by Mitratech in March 2016.

Job board Snagajob added Daama Sheepo and Neil Rongstand to its senior leadership team. Sheepo, the new VP of engineering, has 20 years of experience in coding and software engineering management; for the last seven years, he led the engineering team at Open Table. Rongstand, VP of demand generation, is the former director of digital marketing and global brand generation for Linkedin. Both are based in Oakland, Calif.
