People: Gifted Healthcare, PrincetonOne, Belcan, AtWork and more

Nurse staffing firm Gifted Healthcare hired Mark Ennis as executive director of its government team. He most recently worked at IBSS as a business development director. Gifted is based in New Orleans and Ennis will work remotely from Atlanta.  

PrincetonOne, a Skillman, NJ-based staffing provider, promoted Andrea Dunn to the retained executive search division; she joined the PrincetonOne family of companies in 2011 and most recently was national practice director for its consumer packaged goods. PrincetonOne also promoted Jocelyn Scott to national practice director, healthcare and life sciences. Scott joined the company in 2010 and most recently has been a key contributor for the retained division of PrincetonOne. Both joined their national teams on Sept. 5. 

Engineering consulting and staffing provider Belcan LLC announced Scott Briggs joined the company as senior VP of the government strategic business unit for its Belcan Government Services segment; he will oversee BGS’ scientific, engineering and technical teams. Briggs most recently was the director of business development at ViON. He has more than 20 years of experience in the engineering and technology industry and served more than 30 years in the Navy and the Navy Reserve.

AtWork Group, a national staffing franchise, announced Ationg Lie and Josephine Suryono opened a new office in Roseville, Calif. The office will provide a variety of staffing services to businesses in the city of Sacramento and Placer County.

Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) announced Mark Broer joined the firm as senior client partner in the global life sciences practice and managing director, pharmaceuticals where he will co-lead the global pharmaceutical sector, working in both Korn Ferry’s Zurich and London offices.

Ottawa-based Calian Group Ltd. (TSX: CGY) appointed Young Park to its board of directors, effective Sept. 1. Park more than 30 years of experience in FinTech, insurance, telecommunications and public sectors. Park has previously worked at the executive level in organizations such as D+H and CGI Group Inc.

Keystone Partners announced Margarete “Marge” Dupere joined Camden Consulting Group as senior partner and managing director. Boston-based Keystone Partners represents outplacement provider Career Partners International in the greater New England area, the Research Triangle and other areas as client needs dictate. It is comprised of Keystone Associates, Essex Partners, and Camden Consulting Group.
