Gifted Healthcare, a healthcare staffing provider headquartered in New Orleans, named Craig Wigginton as chief information officer. Wigginton has more than 20 years of experience in technology leadership roles. He joins Gifted Healthcare from Icario, where he was chief technology officer. Prior to that, he served as chief technology officer for Altruista Health, where he led a global team of more than 400 professionals.

James Lucier joined Primary Talent Partners as chief revenue officer. Lucier previously served as executive VP of Ceipal Procurewise. Primary Talent Partners, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, provides IT and life sciences staffing. Lucier appeared on the 2022 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Influencers list. Primary Talent Partners had other executives on the list in 2022 as well: Tinisha Bookhart, executive partner, director of IT practice, and Chad Douglas, founding partner and chief revenue officer.

Guidant Global, part of global staffing firm Impellam Group, appointed Scott Waletzke to lead talent fulfilment for its North America portfolio. Waletzke is tasked with building direct delivery capability across the company’s MSP and RPO portfolios. He has more than 25 years of experience in contingent workforce and RPO programs across multiple industries. Waletzke has held roles at The Adecco Group, Hire Velocity, CareerBuilder and Spherion.

Jimmy Jhanda, the San Francisco managing partner for staffing firm Vaco, is overseeing the opening of a new digital operations center in San Ramon, California. The 50,000 square foot facility serve as a hub for 1,000 employees handling content moderation, trust and safety, curation and digital tagging for social media companies in the San Francisco Bay Area.

ClearEdge Marketing hired Ashley Andersen as senior VP of ClearEdge Rising, the company’s new leadership accelerator and inclusive community for women in the workforce solutions industry. Andersen’s past roles include coaching manager and leadership coach at the University of Colorado. She was also owner of the firm Truth to Purpose, which designed and delivered learning engagements related to team building; leadership skill development; and diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.

Access Capital Inc., a New York-based independent lender to the staffing industry, named Jacob Hamilton as VP, business development officer. Hamilton comes to Access Capital from Advance Partners.

Treliant named Tom Hitselberger as CFO. Hitselberger has more than 30 years of experience; his past roles include CFO and financial leadership positions at firms such as Promontory Financial Group, WD Lab Grown Diamonds, Presidio Networked Solutions and Digex. Treliant provides consulting services to banks, mortgage lenders and others. It also provides staffing.

ZRG, a provider of executive search, appointed Anthony Capodanno as managing director and a member of its professional and technology services practice. Capodanno, based in Toronto, has more than 20 years of experience.

MedHQ, a provider of healthcare staffing and other services, named Erin Boers as VP of human resources services. Previously, Boers has held roles at the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care and Lifeline Vascular Care.
