People: Genesys, Capital GES, RSR, TechServe and more

Genesys Talent LLC, a Houston-based firm in the talent cloud space, added three members to its advisory board: Joe Juliano, former president and CEO of IQNavigator; Bob Livonius, member of the operating executive council of New Mainstream Capital and former CEO of Medfinders, COO of Spherion, and president of Strategic Workforce Solutions at AMN Healthcare; and Kip Wright, president and CEO of Genuent and former senior leadership member with ManpowerGroup, TAPFIN, COMSYS, Metamor Worldwide, Corestaff, BSG Consulting and Ernst & Young.

Capital Global Employment Solutions, a provider of outsourced employment solutions to the staffing industry, appointed Michael Johnson as VP of business development, based in the US. Johnson previously held sales and leadership positions at two large PEOs in the US, as well as spent several years on a venture of his own. Capital GES is headquartered in Switzerland with offices in the US, Brazil and the UK.

RSR Partners, a Greenwich, Conn.-based executive search and leadership consulting firm, appointed Steven Martano as a principal in the firm’s industrial practice. Prior to joining RSR Partners, Martano worked at a global search firm, where he helped build its global automotive and cyber security practices. Earlier, he worked at Sikorsky Aircraft in operations and financial planning.

TechServe Alliance, an association of IT and engineering staffing companies, announced new members of its national board of directors:

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, headquartered in Boston, announced Jim Kanichirayil will lead Beacon Hill Technologies’ new office in Milwaukee. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, he was a Midwestern regional sales manager for a staffing software provider.

The National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations retained the services of Mike Gianas (Redemption Creative LLC) as the lead resource for its marketing committee over the coming year. Gianas has more than 10 years’ experience in healthcare staffing, including previous roles as a corporate communications director and freelance writer, prior to becoming an independent senior marketing consultant.

Kingsley Gate Partners, a global executive search firm, announced Andrew Blane joined the company as partner, following the recent launch of its global financial service practice. He most recently was a managing director in the financial services practice at Sheffield Haworth Inc. Earlier in his career, he was a partner and managing director with Warren International, an executive search firm targeting team lift-outs and searches for the buy-side of the asset management industry.

Executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates announced Lloyd Semple and Dan Hawksworth joined the firm’s industrial, and energy and natural resources practices. Semple previously spent more than 25 years at Accenture, most recently as managing director/partner in the talent and organization practice. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Hawksworth was VP of human resources for Honeywell International’s sensing and productivity solutions business group. Both are based in Chicago.
