People: Gale Healthcare, Insight Global, Field Nation, Addison Group, Impellam, Opus Match, Crosschq

Gale Healthcare Solutions, a healthcare staffing platform, appointed Julie Dunphy as CFO. Dunphy replaces Kevin Guion, who is transitioning to chief strategy officer. Dunphy has more than 20 years of experience and most recently served as CFO for Spectrio, a digital advertising solutions provider. Guion had joined Gale Healthcare as CFO in May 2020. Gale Healthcare had announced a $60 million investment earlier this month.

Insight Global promoted Jared Streppa to president of its technology division. Streppa will work with his team to deliver IT talent to client firms. Insight Global has more than 60 offices across the US and Canada; the company aims to put more than 80,000 consultants to work in 2022.

Talent platform Field Nation named Nicole Gode as VP of customer experience and operations. Gode has years of experience in the software-as-a-service space, most recently at Siteimprove, where she held several senior roles including VP of customer experience.

Addison Group, which ranks on SIA’s list of largest US staffing firms, announced that Hannah Stone, recruiting manager for its healthcare team, relocated from the company’s Nashville office to lead the company’s Cleveland expansion alongside Scott Galanos, senior VP, healthcare. The firm recently announced it was opening its new Cleveland office.

Penny Queller, chief customer officer, is heading up Impellam Group plc’s new Impellam Talent Consulting Business. The new business line offers capabilities across eight core areas including current state evaluation for MSP and RPO programs, workforce mix modeling and services procurement buy-in strategy.

Opus Match, a consulting and technology company specializing in digital solutions for staffing and workforce management, announced that Steven Francis and AJ Brustein have joined its advising team. Francis co-founded AMN Healthcare Services Inc. and served as CEO for more than 20 years. Brustein co-founded talent platform Wonolo.

Background check provider Crosschq named Ari Goodstein as head of strategic alliances. Goodstein previously served as VP of strategic alliances at Canvas, Traitify and talentReef.
