People: GES, iWorkGlobal, Enterprise, The Intersect Group, Witt/Kieffer and Evergent

Global Employment Solutions appointed Shawn Mckinstrie as division president. Mckinstrie joined GES in 2016; he previously served as senior client service partner with Tatum, a division of Randstad nv and held executive roles with Kforce Inc. (NASD: KFRC) and Robert Half International (NYSE: RHI).

iWorkGlobal announced Rick Fazio joined the company as senior VP of sales. Fazio has more than 20 years of executive sales experience. iWorkGlobal provides employer of record, independent contractor compliance and agent of record services.

Enterprise Solutions Inc., a provider of MSP staffing solutions and IT system integration staffing, appointed Sunder Pillai as COO.  Sunder previously held various leadership roles with NTT DATA, Hexaware and TCS.

The Intersect Group, a national finance, accounting and IT staffing and consulting firm, named Avi Khilnani as executive VP of finance and accounting. Khilnani joined the firm last year as finance and accounting market VP for Atlanta.

Witt/Kieffer, an executive search firm headquartered in an Oak Brook, Ill., hired C.J. Bolster as managing director of global operations. Based in London, Bolster will be responsible for the firm’s growth and expansion in international markets. Prior to Witt/Kieffer, Bolster was managing director at Korn Ferry, overseeing operations of advisory services and the integration of Korn Ferry’s (NYSE: KFI) acquisition of Hay Group in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Evergent Group appointed Tony Calleja as VP of finance; he replaces Lisa Cvecko, who is retiring. Evergent’s brands include Amerit Consulting, Suna Solutions and Zempleo. It is based in Walnut Creek, Calif.
