People: FrankCrum, Chartwell, StevenDouglas, The Goal, APC and more

FrankCrum, headquartered in Clearwater, Fla., announced Haley Crum Blanton earned her Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law and now serves as in-house counsel, in addition to her responsibilities as executive VP of national PEO FrankCrum and president of FrankCrum Staffing.

Chartwell Staffing Solutions, a staffing provider based in Lancaster, Penn., added Jody Rummel to its executive team as senior VP of human resources. He joins the company from Yoh, a business unit of Day & Zimmerman, where he most recently served as VP, human resources. Rummel also served as VP, human resources and talent Acquisition at CDI Corp. and, prior to that, was the senior VP of human resources and outsourced services at CorTech International.

StevenDouglas, a national executive search firm, hired Managing Director Jonathan Stiegler to launch and lead a new finance and accounting practice in its New York office. Prior to joining the firm, Stiegler, a CPA, was a director of client service in the New York office of a publicly-held, multinational consulting firm. Just prior, he held several sales, recruiting and financial management roles with firms in the staffing and recruiting industry. 

The Goal, a professional services firm providing federal and commercial IT staffing services, announced three leaders joined its southeast offices. James Yeagle, market director for Atlanta, previously co-founded and built an Atlanta- and London-based IT staffing and services company that he sold to his Angel investors in January 2011. Yeagle also spent 12 years with Allegis/TEKsystems, including five years based in London. Matt Couret and Mike Strickland also joined The Goal as market directors for Tampa, Fla., and Raleigh NC, respectively.

Alliance of Professionals & Consultants Inc., a Raleigh, NC-based professional services firm, announced Don Scott joined the company as VP of sales, responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership for the company’s sales team to achieve corporate sales goals. Scott has more than 20 years of experience in sales and sales leadership roles for global IT services organizations.

Executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates announced Elizabeth Beshel Robinson joined its board of directors. Beshel Robinson served as the global treasurer of Goldman Sachs from 2005 to 2015, having started her career at Goldman Sachs in 1990. She also recently joined the board of The Bank of New York Mellon Corp.

Executive search firm ZRG Partners added Allen Brady in Seattle as managing director and a member of the firm’s industrial practice. Brady previously was a member of the executive search team at Microsoft and also worked as a search professional and a leader of talent acquisition functions for brands including Korn Ferry International, Bombardier Learjet, Waggener Edstrom and Sierra Nevada Corp.

Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) announced Karen Jamesley joined the firm as senior client partner in the Korn Ferry Hay Group executive pay and governance practice, based in New York. She will focus on serving clients in the financial services sector. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Jamesley was at Morgan Stanley, where she spent most of her career in the human resources division and ultimately led the function as the chief human resources officer.

Be Group, a talent-placement firm focused on sales, marketing-and-communications and technology professionals, named Ed Epstein VP of staffing solutions. Prior to joining Be Group, Epstein was senior VP with NTT Data (legacy MISI Company) for 14 years. In that time, he managed the IT staffing teams in Philadelphia, New York and Los Angeles.

MDI Group, an Atlanta-based IT staffing provider, named Larry Zaroff as the new managing director of its Charlotte, NC, office.
