Matt Floyd is the founder and chairman and Natasha Lee is the CEO of Floyd Lee Locums, a new physician staffing firm based in Charleston, SC. The firm is an expansion of the locum tenens division formerly part of Trinity, which was acquired earlier this year by Travel Nurse across America. Floyd Lee Locums’ executive team also includes the following members who worked together under Trinity for the past two years: Joseph Ventura as VP of sales and production; Meghan Porter as director of operations; and Zac Brigante as director of provider services.

The Advanced Group, a professional staffing, consulting and outsourcing company headquartered in Chicago, appointed Akin Tosyali as VP of marketing. He has more than 20 years of digital marketing leadership experience and most recently was director of digital marketing at Grainger.

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, headquartered in Boston, announced Division Manager Samantha Ocampo will lead its new Beacon Hill Technologies division, which opened in New York. Ocampo joined Beacon Hill in 2011 as an account executive and was previously part of Beacon Hill Technologies Fort Lauderdale.

The Caldwell Partners International Inc. (TSX: CWL), a Toronto-based executive search firm with operations in Canada, the US and Europe, added Shawn Banerji as the managing partner of the firm's technology, digital and data leaders practice. Matt Comyns also joined Caldwell as the managing partner of the cybersecurity practice. Both are members of Caldwell’s Stamford office and join the company from Russell Reynolds Associates.
