Field Nation, a freelance management system provider, appointed Chris Heim to its board of directors. Heim is currently CEO of HelpSystems, a 400-person infrastructure software company located in Eden Prairie, Minn. He previously was CEO of Axium Software, Amcom Software and HighJump Software. Heim also serves on the board of Calabrio, a workforce management and analytics solutions provider.

Command Center Inc. (OTCQB: CCNI), an industrial staffing provider, appointed R. Rimmy Malhotra to its board of directors, increasing the composition of the board from five members to six. Malhotra currently serves as the managing member and portfolio manager for the Nicoya Fund LP, a private investment partnership.

Staffing provider Frontline Source Group promoted Dallas Division Manager Melissa Johnson to regional manager - Dallas/Fort Worth and Oklahoma. She will continue to serve the DFW and Oklahoma markets while growing and developing the recruiting teams in multiple North Texas and Oklahoma offices. Johnson joined Frontline in 2014 as a recruiter.

Infinity Consulting Solutions, a nationwide staffing firm headquartered in New York, named John Liberatore as regional director of its new Fort Lauderdale, Fla., office. He previously was a compliance and legal practice area manager at the firm’s New York headquarters.

Kavaliro, an IT staffing company based in Orlando, Fla., named Timothy Harrington as managing director at its Petaluma, Calif., branch and Amy Simpson the area director for the Tampa, Fla., office. Harrington most recently was regional manager of consulting services at Datalink and Simpson was VP for talent acquisition and delivery services for Himagine Solutions.
