EmployBridge, the largest US provider of industrial staffing, named Bill Ravenscroft as chief revenue officer to oversee all sales-related initiatives and functions. Ravenscroft got started in the staffing industry more than 25 years ago as a recruiter. He comes to EmployBridge from Advantis Global, where he was president. His roles prior to Advantis Global include chief sales officer for Adecco US and VP of national accounts at Randstad.

Upwork Inc. appointed Sunita Solao as chief people officer, effective May 1. Solao has more than two decades of global experience as a human resources and people executive, leading teams at brands including Convoy, Airbnb and eBay. Solao previously served as VP, people, at Convoy, reporting to the CEO. She also held several HR and people leadership positions at eBay and Airbnb, including head of people for Airbnb’s homes business division.

Addison Group announced five new branch managers. At its branch in Fort Worth, Texas, Samantha “Sam” Nobles will be branch manager for finance and accounting contract, Sydney Parker will be branch manager for human resources and administration and Cortney Langston will be branch manager for the finance and accounting search practice. Addison Group also announced that Anthony Naranjo will be branch manager for the finance and accounting staffing practice at its Tampa Bay, Florida, branch. In addition, the company announced Emily Montgomery will be branch manager for its HR consulting practice at its branch in Schaumburg, Illinois.

Staffing firm Huffmaster Management named Jeffrey Warchuck as president of Huffmaster Crisis Response effective April 1. Warchuk has more than 20 years of experience in logistics and operations at firms such as Kraft Food Group, Mondelēz International and General Motors.
