People: Diversant, Jackson Healthcare, TalentRISE, Astreya, AIM Consulting

IT staffing provider Diversant named Gregg Schmedding as executive VP responsible for developing new sales and recruiting strategies. Schmedding started his career with TEKsystems and later spent 13 years at Modis, where he served as senior VP.

Jackson Healthcare, one of the largest US healthcare staffing firms, announced John Bardis, will rejoin the Atlanta-based company’s advisory board. Bardis, the founder of healthcare VMS provider MedAssets, previously served on the board from 2015 to 2017.  

TalentRISE, a Chicago-based management consulting company focused on recruitment, added John Meyer as senior director of technology operations. For the past two years, Meyer has been a consultant with the company.

Astreya, a San Jose, Calif.-based IT solutions provider, appointed Erika Keough as VP of global talent acquisition. Keough most recently led all HR and talent at Oteemo Inc. She will be based in Astreya’s Washington, DC, office and report to COO and CFO Monica Hushen.

AIM Consulting, the technology consulting services firm acquired by professional staffing firm Addison Group last year, tapped Vinesh Kapadia as managing director in Houston as it expands into the market. Kapadia has more than 12 years of consulting experience in IT with a specific emphasis on the oil and gas and manufacturing industries.
