DLH Holdings Corp. (NASD: DLHC) appointed Denise Ciotti as vice president, business development. Ciotti has 15 years of experience in the federal health marketplace and previously was vice president, business development within Humana’s Federal Healthcare IT organization. Chauhan previously was vice president of application development at Oracle, responsible for developing the Oracle Cloud Marketplace. Executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International Inc.
