Mary Anderson, owner of Cornerstone Staffing Solutions, appointed Mike Mitchell as president and CEO of the Pleasanton, California-based firm. Mitchell has more than 40 years of experience in the staffing industry and has been involved in commercial, outsourcing and logistics and transportation business lines. He takes over the role from Steven Drexel, who passed away on Jan. 9.

G-P, a provider of global employer-of-record services, announced company founder Nicole Sahin is resuming the role of CEO. Sahin started the company in 2012 and she has served as executive chair over the past year.

Nesco Resource, a Cleveland-based staffing provider, named Michael McDonald as executive VP of finance and chief accounting officer. McDonald previously served as senior VP of finance at Nesco Resource’s parent company, Nesco Inc.; prior to Nesco, McDonald spend 23 years with The Fairchild Corp. McDonald succeeds CFO Paul Harold, who will retire on April 30. Also, Donna Snyder was named as executive VP of talent development. Snyder, who previously served as Nesco’s VP of organizational effectiveness, has more than 27 years of experience and joined the company in 2017. In addition, Thomas Quail was appointed chief legal officer. Qual joined Nesco Resource in 2016 and formerly was VP of risk and safety and general counsel.

Toronto-based staffing provider Hire Technologies Inc. announced CFO Charlie Cooper tendered his resignation effective Feb. 10. The company expects to announce a new leader for its financial functions in the near term.

Job.com, an AI-enabled technology recruitment platform, named Ralph Henderson as a board member. Henderson formerly was president, professional services and staffing, at AMN Healthcare Services Inc. He is included in SIA’s Staffing 100 Hall of Fame.

HireVue, a provider of virtual interviewing and assessments technology, appointed Natalie Dopp as chief people officer. Prior to HireVue, Dopp held leadership roles including chief people officer, at software development firm Integrate. Dopp has more than 25 years of human resource experience.
