Cielo, an RPO provider based in Brookfield, Wisconsin, named Leslie Stroope as chief financial officer. Stroope brings more than 20 years of experience. She most recently served as VP of finance, sales, and also as operations CFO at EmployBridge.

Hueman People Solutions, an RPO provider based in Jacksonville, Florida, appointed Bill Boutwell as CEO. Boutwell brings more than 25 years of experience in the workforce solutions industry. He previously served as founding member and president of Hueman. Prior to Hueman, he was chief operating officer at Professional Placement Resources. He is also a US Marine Corps veteran. Boutwell takes over from former CEO and founder Dwight Cooper, who transitioned to executive chairman of Hueman’s board.

Actalent, an operating company of Allegis Group, announced a new department responsible for its consultant experience. Joining the new department are Gina Gauna as director of consultant experience, and Bryan Toffey, VP of talent experience.

SkillGigs hired Rasha Sammour as human resources director. Sammour brings more than 17 years of experience leading HR operations for global organizations. She most recently served as head of HR transition and outsourcing director for Key Global Group, an advisory and consulting firm.

HiBob, a human resources information system provider, named Sarah Reynolds as chief marketing officer. Reynolds was previously chief marketing officer at Udacity. Prior to that, Reynolds, who uses the pronoun they, was head of commercial marketing at PTC. They also served as VP of marketing at Salary.com.

Executive search firm Raines International announced Aaron Walker joined as a senior VP, go-to-market. Walker is based in Philadelphia. He previously was a partner in the go-to-market practice at True Search.

Kore1, an Irvine, California-based staffing provider, named Melissa Haley as director of creative services. Haley has more than 10 years of experience.

Nextaff announced that Myron Taylor is the owner of its new Northwest Mississippi office in Southaven, Mississippi.
