Ciber Inc. (NYSE: CBR), a Greenwood Village, Colo.-based information technology staffing and solutions provider, named Vivek Marla as senior vice president and president of Ciber India. Marla previously served at Oracle as vice president and head of Oracle Solution Services in India.

Michael Page International PLC, a U.K.-based professional staffing firm that also has operations in the U.S., announced that Robin Buchanan took on the role of chairman effective Dec. 31. He succeeded Adrian Montague. Buchanan is a senior advisor to Bain & Company Inc. and a non-executive director of Schroders PLC.
