CXC Global announced that Javier Romeu joined its North America group as global solutions manager. Romeu has more than 25 years of experience in employment outsourcing and technology. CXC Global also announced that it named Mirian Cabral as head of financial services for CXC Latin America and Erika Cepeda as administrative coordinator for CXC Latin America.

MRC Recruiting promoted Lindsey Schultz to CEO. MRC was founded in 1984 and focuses on recruiting and executive search in the precious metals mining and resource sector. It’s based in Denver and Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Executive search firm Odgers Berndtson announced that Sayed Sadjady joined the firm as partner and head of the US professional services and the human capital practices. Sadjady most recently served as a senior partner with Ernst & Young.

Labur announced that Matthew Leathers will co-lead its advisory services practice and head its project delivery center of excellence. Leathers has had a 23-year career in IT that included working for Accenture, Deloitte, American Express and KPMG.

Russell Reynolds Associates, an executive search firm, named Matthew Lewis as consultant and country manager for its Dubai office. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Lewis had founded his own Dubai-based talent advisory, leadership consulting and executive coaching firm.

Executive search firm Hobbs & Towne Inc. announced Jennifer Ratner as new VP. Ratner has experience working in private equity and venture capital.
