People: CTG, Staffing 360, Korn Ferry, Global Upside, Lucas Group

IT staffing provider Computer Task Group (NASD: CTG) announced that Owen Sullivan was elected to its board effective Thursday. Sullivan is the former president of ManpowerGroup’s (NYSE MAN) specialty brands; he retired from ManpowerGroup in 2013. Separately, William McGuire stepped down from CTG’s board.

Staffing 360 Solutions Inc. (NASD: STAF) named Christopher Lutzo as its new general counsel. From 2015 to 2017, Lutzo focused on corporate governance and M&A activity at Axiom Global Inc. Prior to that, he was assistant general counsel for Smith & Wesson where he handled M&A transactions and managed integration of business, legal, compliance and regulatory functions.

Executive search firm Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) announced Clara Cardinal joined the firm as principal, global financial market; she has almost 20 years’ experience in executive search, strategic consulting and financial services and has worked in São Paulo, Zurich and New York. Cardinal is based in Korn Ferry’s Buenos Aires office. Peter Cave-Gibbs also joined the firm as regional market leader EMEA for Korn Ferry’s technology practice; he most recently was a senior partner at a technology and private equity-focused boutique firm and previously led the EMEA software practice and technology and professional services practices at another global search firm, before his promotion to UK managing partner. Cave-Gibbs is based in Korn Ferry’s London office.

Professional services firm Global Upside Inc. announced Bill Armstrong will lead its staffing division as VP and a member of the company’s executive team, reporting to CEO Ragu Bhargava. His previous roles include managing director at Summit Search Partners, VP at Nigel Frank International and VP at Randstad Finance and Accounting. Global Upside provides integrated accounting, finance, human resources, payroll and staffing support in more than 90 countries.

Lucas Group, an Atlanta-based executive search firm, added Marc Wilder as managing partner for the information technology division in New York City. He most recently was director of business development/principal recruiter at Harvey Nash USA.
