CPS HR Consulting announced Robert Lavigna will lead the Institute for Public Sector Employee Engagement, its new unit helping the public sector and nonprofit organizations measure and improve employee engagement. Lavigna most recently was the assistant vice chancellor and director of HR for the University of Wisconsin.

Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) announced Bill Dixon and Tom Flannery joined the firm as senior client partners in the Korn Ferry Hay Group executive pay and governance practice. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Dixon was a partner and senior executive compensation consultant/healthcare practice leader at a global human capital consulting firm. Flannery most recently was a partner at a global human capital consulting firm, where he was a core member of the executive rewards consulting business, with a focus on healthcare.

Allen Austin, a Houston-based executive search firm, named Rob Easley as global retail and consumer practice leader. He is also a senior member of the strategic transformation practice group. Easley most recently was COO at Earth Fare Supermarkets, an organic and natural foods supermarket chain.
