BelFlex Staffing Network promoted Christine Adams to VP of risk and compliance, Amber Hyman to VP of people and culture, and Kristy Pierce to VP of finance and accounting. In addition, BelFlex hired Amanda Russo as VP of marketing. All four will work with both BelFlex and sister organization Intellex.

Adams has been with BelFlex since 2009 and most recently served as director of risk and compliance.

Hyman in her new role will continue leading the payroll and people and culture teams while taking on additional responsibilities, including for diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. She joined BelFlex in 2020 and was on the Global Power 150 — Women in Staffing list in 2022. Hyman is the first Black woman to hold the role of VP at the company.

Pierce will provide financial guidance as BelFlex makes key decisions. She was a volunteer with the American Staffing Association Mentor Match program and was awarded the 2022 ASA Women in Leadership scholarship.

Russo has more than 10 years of marketing experience, most recently as VP of client marketing at ClearEdge.

Jackson Healthcare, a family of healthcare staffing, search and technology companies, promoted Brad Chason to senior VP of information technology. Chason joined Jackson in 2010 and has more than 20 years of technology leadership experience.

Alku, an Andover, Massachusetts-based staffing firm, named John Anthony as client partner. Anthony is a technology executive with more than 20 years of experience in ERP transformation projects. Most recently, he spent the last 15 years as senior director of ERP administration at VSP Global in Sacramento, California. Also, prior to joining Alku, he was a client for more than a decade. As client partner, he will serve as an extension of the Alku sales team.

Triage Staffing, an Omaha, Nebraska-based healthcare staffing firm, named Kris Knudsen as VP of strategic partnerships. Knudsen has also been named to the 2022 Global Power 150 list of women in staffing. She had served as director of strategic partnerships.

Tribal Health, a firm providing healthcare consulting and staffing in underserved communities, announced Joe Buckley will be VP of healthcare staffing to help provide healthcare professionals on Indigenous lands. Buckley has more than 25 years of experience. He joined Tribal Health in 2021 as director of recruiting. Prior to Tribal Health, Buckley had served as VP of recruiting for Merritt Hawkins and as VP of physician recruiting for AMN Healthcare Services Inc.

MedHQ, a provider of healthcare staffing and other services, appointed Erik Miller as president and general manager. Miller has more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, most recently serving as interim president of Anesthesia Medicine at Ventra Health as well as serving as the company’s chief strategy and business development officer.

Nucleus Healthcare last year hired Paige Hill as chief marketing officer and this month hired Noressa Kennedy Hinkler as senior director of marketing. Hill was at Vise and eMoney prior to joining Nucleus. Kennedy Hinkler previously served at Travel Nurse Across America, most recently as director of marketing and communications.

TalentBridge Holdings Corp. named Lori Crimmins to its board. Crimmins had already been owner and president of TalentBridge Network. She joined the TalentBridge HR team in 2010 and became owner and president of TalentBridge Network in 2019. TalentBridge Holdings Corp. is the parent company of TalentBridge, a national provider of staffing services. TalentBridge Network is a peer company to TalentBridge; there is no co-ownership between the two firms.

PrideStaff announced that Craig and Mary Ryder are the new owner/strategic partners of its Sacramento (West) staffing office. The Ryders are also owners/strategic partners of the PrideStaff Sacramento (East) office.

ClearEdge appointed Lenore Convery as senior VP sales and marketing. Convery has nearly 30 years of experience in sales, leadership and building customer-centric strategies. She joins ClearEdge from Monster.

Executive search firm Slone Partners named Kate Portland as VP of client partnerships. Prior to Slone Partners, Portland was head of executive talent at Water Street, a Chicago-based private equity firm dedicated to investing in the healthcare sector.
