AtWork Group, a national staffing franchise, announced Bryan Long and Jennifer Andrews will lead its new sister company — managed services provider Pipeline Talent Solutions — as VP of operations and VP of sales, respectively. The Pipeline MSP will target middle-market clients across the US.

Human cloud/ride-sharing firm Lyft named Anthony Foxx as chief policy officer and senior advisor to the president and CEO, effective Oct. 9. He previously served as secretary of transportation under President Barack Obama and is a former mayor of Charlotte, NC. Foxx made the announcement in a blog post.

Jobs website Monster Worldwide named Steve DeLisle as chief technology officer, effective Oct. 22. He most recently was VP of engineering, Watson Commerce and supply chain at IBM. Monster also announced five new senior team members. The new leadership team includes three internal appointments: Lenore Convery is now director, Northeast US staffing; Danny Ashraf is now director, Southeast US staffing; and Tiffany O'Connor is now strategic account manager, US staffing and RPO. Further, the team added two new hires: Gina Ratini as regional sales manager West, US staffing; and Andrea Wagner as VP, channel sales, US staffing. 

Human cloud firm Care.com (NYSE: CRCM) — a Waltham, Mass.-based firm that connects families to caregivers for children, seniors and pets — announced Matt O’Connor has joined the company as senior VP, sales for Care@Work, its enterprise arm. O’Connor most recently was senior VP and general manager at Monster Worldwide.

MRINetwork franchise Protis Global announced Irene Cook joined the executive search and advisory firm as a client advisor specializing in organizational strategy. She most recently was chief company and joint venture operations officer for Panera Bread Co. and COO of farm-to-table organization Dig Inn.

PrideStaff, a national staffing franchise, announced PrideStaff Financial VP Ryan Williams will manage a new branch in Reno, Nev. PrideStaff Financial Reno will provide services to area companies seeking accounting and finance specialists.

Direct Recruiters Inc. announced Logan Payton joined the Ohio-based executive search firm as director of its HR Solutions Group. She most recently was director of talent for Aleris, a global manufacturer. The firm also added Shawna Rosner as director of its legal solutions group; she has more than 24 years of experience as an attorney, 15 years' experience as a career coach and seven years of recruiting experience.
