IT staffing firm Akraya Inc. hired Mary Kristynik as senior VP, enterprise accounts, to oversee North American sales and account management operations. Kristynik worked in a variety of executive roles with Randstad Sourceright, Staff Management and Adecco prior to joining Akraya. She has 20 years of experience in global staffing, MSP and RPO.

Leadpoint Business Services, a staffing firm focused on the waste and recycling industry, named Mike Huycke as VP, business development. Huycke has extensive experience in recycling and waste industry operations, including nearly 25 years with Republic Services. Huycke most recently served as senior VP of human resources at Republic Services. He is based at Leadpoint’s Phoenix headquarters.

MorganFranklin Consulting, the consulting platform of professional staffing firm Vaco, named Ferdinand Hamada as managing director of its cybersecurity practice. Hamada bring more than 20 years of experience in cybersecurity and technology transformation in the life sciences space. Prior to MorganFranklin, Hamada served as VP of information technology and chief information officer at Catalent Pharma Solutions.

ZRG, an executive search firm based in Rochelle Park, New Jersey, hired Tim Rotherham as managing director and member of the firm’s financial services and private equity practice. Rotherham is based in ZRG’s new Dubai office. Rotherham has had a 15-year career in executive search.
