Forrest Wagner has been promoted to chief information officer at Advantage Resourcing Group and Staffmark. CEO and President Geno Cutolo announced the promotion this week. Wagner joined Staffmark in 2003 and has more than 21 years of experience in IT. He will work closely with Michael Whitmer, global CIO of the parent company, Recruit Global Staffing.

Kincannon & Reed, a search firm specializing in the food, agribusiness and life sciences sectors, appointed Isvaldo “Issy” Perez Jr. as president and CEO. Perez succeeds Greg Duerksen, who will continue his role as chairman. Perez most recently was president of Britvic North America, the US arm of a beverage company in the UK, Ireland, France and Brazil.

PrideStaff announced its Atlanta South staffing and employment agency is under new ownership and management of co-owners and strategic partners Erica Walker and Randy Walker.

Lucas Group, an Atlanta-based executive search firm, promoted Shelton Blease to director of human resources operations. Blease joined Lucas Group in 2014 as an HR business partner before becoming senior HR business partner in 2017.

Boyden, an executive search firm, announced Eduardo Rabassa will lead the team at a new office in Miami, expanding its presence in the US, Central America and the Caribbean. Rabassa previously was managing partner of Amrop Miami.

Employment law firm Outten & Golden LLP promoted Deirdre Aaron, Nicholas Sikon and Menaka Fernando to partners, and Michael Scimone to counselor, effective Jan. 1.
