Professional employer organization Insperity Inc. (NYSE: NSP) appointed Randall Mehl as a new Class III independent director, with a term expiring at its annual meeting of stockholders in 2019. Mehl is president of Stewardship Capital Advisors LLC; he also currently serves on the boards of professional staffing firm Kforce Inc. (NASD: KFRC) and ICF (NASD: ICFI), a global consulting and technology services provider.

Executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (NASD: HSII) appointed Tim Dietlin and Niren Thanky to co-lead the global biopharmaceutical segment of the firm’s healthcare and life sciences practice. Dietlin has 16 years of experience in global life sciences and was an advisor to biopharmaceutical leaders and leadership teams. Thanky has more than 12 years of executive search experience and previously worked in the pharmaceutical industry across various functions including discovery research, product communications and corporate affairs. Dietlin is based in Chicago and Thanky in London.

Executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates announced Lauren Shin joined the firm as a member of the global consumer team. Based in New York, Shin leads the luxury, fashion and beauty teams in North America within the omnichannel retail and luxury practice. Shin most recently was a partner in the global luxury, fashion and beauty practice at another executive search firm; she previously held senior leadership roles at Liz Claiborne, Ralph Lauren and NBC Universal.
