People: Advanced Resources, Catapult Staffing, Russell Tobin and more

Advanced Resources, a Chicago staffing agency, named Patty Bogosh as director of corporate development to oversee the firm’s nationwide expansion. Bogosh previously served as managing director of the Chicago office. She was recently recognized in Staffing Industry Analysts’ inaugural Millennials in Staffing list.

Catapult Staffing LLC hired Rich Little as managing director of the Dallas/Fort Worth market. He previously worked for TEKsystems and Digital Intelligence Systems Corp. Catapult is a national staffing provider based in Plano, Texas.

Russell Tobin, a division of Pride Global, appointed Lisa Russell as director of the information technology recruitment practice. She will lead the new Russell Tobin National Technology Fulfillment Recruiting Center in Charlotte, NC. Russell previously held positions at a large international IT staffing firm. Pride Global companies provide services including vendor management, payroll programs, business process optimization, and staffing for both direct hire and contingent labor. It is headquartered in New York.

Staffing software provider Bullhorn promoted Mike Restivo to chief revenue officer from senior VP of global sales. Kim Castelda was also promoted to chief people officer from senior VP, human resources and talent; she is responsible for people strategy, global talent acquisition, and training and learning programs. And Vinda Souza was promoted to VP, marketing communications, from director of marketing communications. Souza is in charge of the company’s global public relations, analyst relations, and internal communications strategy. She also manages Bullhorn's strategic positioning with influencers and industry associations. 

Executive search firm Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) announced Marco Santana joined the firm as senior client partner and regional rewards and benefits leader for South America. He will be based in Korn Ferry’s São Paulo office. Santana joins Korn Ferry from a global advisory firm, where he was regional leader for the international rewards and benefits practice in Latin America. Patrick Walsh also joined Korn Ferry in the global industrial practice. He will be based in Korn Ferry’s Minneapolis office. Walsh was previously with another global search firm, contributing to the firm’s growth in Minneapolis and the industrial market worldwide.
