ASGN Inc. (NYSE: ASGN), the 12th-largest staffing firm in the US, promoted Rose Cunningham to chief accounting officer in addition to her current title of VP, controller of ASGN, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Cunningham joined the company in 2013 as assistant controller and was promoted to VP, controller, in 2014.

NSC Technologies’ board of directors selected John Gulnac as CEO. Gulnac most recently was a VP and country practice lead at The Adecco Group; prior to Adecco, Gulnac was senior regional president at Robert Half International and market VP and managing director at Kforce Inc. NCS provides staffing to the marine, technical, manufacturing and light industrial sectors.

Ingenovis Health named Robin Geiger as senior VP of clinician advocacy. Geiger has a doctor of nursing practice, executive leadership degree. She previously served as associate dean of academic affairs for National University, School of Health Professions. Ingenovis Health’s brands include Trustaff, Fastaff Travel Nursing, US Nursing Corp., CardioSolution, HealthCare Support and Vista Staffing Solutions.

American Health Staffing Group promoted VP of Credentialing Natalie Hill to executive VP of operations. As part of her new role, Hill will oversee the development of operations, credentialing, learning and talent development/training, risk management and human resources.

The Mullings Group, a talent acquisition firm headquartered in the US that targets the medical and health technology, life sciences and emerging high-tech industries, hired Emily Phair as president of TMG Search Canada. Phair has 20 years of experience in the recruiting industry and most recently led the strategic growth strategy for a multimillion-dollar global franchise staffing organization based in the US.

Executive search firm Stanton Chase appointed Tracy Ferry as a new director in Washington DC to lead the firm’s technology and consumer services practices. Prior to Stanton Chase, Ferry was VP and head of global talent for Godiva Chocolatier; she previously was the head of enterprise talent acquisition at Lockheed Martin and the talent acquisition strategy and innovation lead for the US and India at Deloitte Consulting.

Gina Boswell is stepping down from the board at ManpowerGroup Inc. (NYSE: MAN) effective Dec. 31. Boswell was appointed CEO of retailer Bath & Body Works.

PrideStaff announced Kris Mydam is the strategic partner of the new Tampa East office in Tampa, Florida; Mark Tate is the strategic-partner of the new Houston Gulf Coast office, located in Angleton, Texas; and strategic partner Jill Odzer purchased the Lehigh Valley office in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, from an existing strategic partner.

The Society for Human Resource Management announced several changes and promotions within its leadership structure. SHRM named Mike Aitken chief membership officer, Tina Beaty senior VP and acting chief marketing and experience officer, and Emily Dickens as head of public affairs in addition to her roles as chief of staff and corporate secretary. Aitken joined SHRM in 2003 as director of government relations before being promoted to VP of government affairs in 2011 and senior VP of membership in 2018. Beaty, who will join the executive team, joined SHRM in 2018 as VP of communications and in 2020 was promoted to VP of marketing. Dickens, who has been part of SHRM’s executive team since 2017, will lead its new public affairs department.
