AMN Healthcare Services Inc. (NYSE: AHS), the largest US healthcare staffing provider, announced Jennifer Knippenberg joined AMN as senior VP, recruiting process outsourcing solutions. She most recently was the global leader, client strategy, at PeopleScout. Knippenberg will be based in AMN’s Dallas office.

Cielo, a recruitment process outsourcing provider based in Brookfield, Wis., named Craig Pointon as executive VP and global head of executive search to bring its executive search personnel into a global practice under the Cielo brand.

Professional staffing firm Robert Half International Inc. (NYSE: RHI) elected Julia Coronado to its board, effective March 15. She served on the independent advisory board of Robert Half's Protiviti subsidiary until her election to the Robert Half board. Coronado is president and founder of MacroPolicy Perspectives LLC, which provides economic research on monetary policy and global macroeconomic developments. She is also a member of the Economic Advisory Panel at the New York Federal Reserve Bank, on the Advisory Board of the Pension Research Council at Wharton and on the board of the National Association of Business Economists.

The American Staffing Association named Joyce Russell, president of the Adecco Group US Foundation, to its board. She replaces Greg Holland, Adecco Group North America senior VP, general counsel, and secretary, as the company’s representative to the ASA board. Holland joined the ASA board in 2014 and will continue to be actively involved in the association’s leadership. The Adecco Group US Foundation, launched in January, focuses on upskilling and reskilling American workers, as well as improving work equality. Russell joined The Adecco Group more than 30 years ago at the branch level and was president of Adecco Staffing US from 2004 to 2018.

The CSI Companies, a Jacksonville, Fla.-based staffing firm, appointed Lisa Manfredy as senior director of national accounts to accelerate national expansion efforts across its four divisions: CSI Healthcare IT, CSI Financial, CSI Professional, and CSI Tech. Manfredy has more than 15 years of staffing industry experience.
