People: AGS, Kingsley Gate Partners, Sadiant Health, Boyden

Allegis Global Solutions appointed Simon Bradberry as VP of operations, EMEA and APAC, effective June 2. He most recently held global leadership roles at Resource Solutions, including managing director responsible for sales and operations, where he launched its managed MSP and RPO business in APAC and India. Bradberry will be based in the UK and will have operational oversight of the AGS MSP product in EMEA and APAC.

Kingsley Gate Partners, a global executive search firm headquartered in Dallas, expanded into Spain and announced Rocío Rufilanchas and Alberto Terron have joined the company as VPs based in Madrid. Rufilanchas previously was a partner at Eurosearch as well as a principal with Heidrick & Struggles; he also spent eight years in human resources at Sanofi-Aventis, Spain and was the global talent management director at Loewe (Grupo LVMH). Terron most recently was country manager for Randstad, where he participated in the development of its executive search business in Spain and Portugal; prior to Randstad, he oversaw the establishment of an international boutique executive search firm in Sao Paulo.

On-demand healthcare staffing network Sadiant Health appointed Casey Robertson as CEO. Sarah Snetzer, one of the company's founders and former CEO, has assumed the role of president. Robertson most recently was CEO of Longview Regional Medical Center, a community hospital that serves the East Texas region, and CEO of Woodland Heights Medical Center in Lufkin, Texas. 

Executive search firm Boyden added Kerry Moynihan as a partner in Washington, DC, and a member of Boyden’s Global CEO & Board Services, Private Equity & Venture Capital and Healthcare & Life Sciences practices. His executive search career spans more than 30 years across an array of industries.
